connection btween IM 460-1 and 461-1

Abod Posts: 2 Rating: (0)	dear's ; please give begginer a help in this .... i would like to ask how to connect IM 460-1of order no.6ES7 461-1BA01-0AA0 to 2 receversIM 461-1 of order no.6ES7 460-1BA01-OAB0 and there hardware setting regarding "X10" and "X1", i search a lot but i could not fine clear answer please give help in this . thanks Abod, KSA

So it is designed for local (inside the panel) applications only; the supported module typesare also limited, as the K-bus is not supported on the dedicated interface. IM460-3 & IM461-3. as it has the options below: Up to 8 expansion racks can be connected Receive interface for distributed expansion up to 102 m or 2. You can yse Ethernet / profibus I/O station using ET200 M/ ET200S If you sent here the system I/Os we may help you to select the optimum solution. Regards,

At each connector you can use IM461-1 (Receiver). See in mentioned manual Chapter 6; par. 6.3 (You can only connect one ER per line) The maximum distance between Sender and Receiver is 1,5 m.
