i have bought a second hand machine with op37 panel
when i install the machine i find out there is a password on modification of product setting such as heating time ..etc
the seller don't have these password and i can't use the machine
i communicate with the machine manufacturer, they said that password is by the old user not us.
the old user i can't communicate with him , AND off course i don't have the original sourcs.
so if you have any way to know that password or remove it you will be appreciated.

If you do not know the passwords to access the functions on your OP 37, and if you do not have a backup of the program (ProTool), you are locked out of the panel, basically. 

Unless the programmer left the Superuser standard login at its default value "100". A Superuser is allowed access to all functions of the panel, so if you are lucky enough to be recognized as superuser you could reset all the password values.
