Controller : Logo12/24RCE

With reference to the picture attached, to either go online or redownload the program password is asked. The password set was INT123, but the attached dialogue box pops up now when I type a number in the password column.

Please help me with this issue.

Yes, the password was set initially, but when I tried to download/online test the program, I am unable to put in the same password due to the pop up
