If you want to remotly access to Comfort Panel it's neccesary enable the Sm@rtServer option:

Then you could already access HMI with a VNC client. I advice you use a Siemens VNC client like:

Hi.

If you want to remote access to your comfort panel you should use the option sm@rt server. If your panel has a firmware >= V14 you don't need any license to use it. In the next FAQ you can find all the information about sm@art server:
