Hello!

We have just installed new Converter Sinamics S210 with Motor Simotics 1FK2208-3AC01-0SA0 and trying commissioning it.

But we have alarm message after switching on. Alarm 30016: Power unit: Load supply switched off(11). I've already check each supply line (Power line 380V and DC line 24V). Everithing is OK!

Voltage is OK, connecting good. 

Despite this, I tried to one button tunning. This also not helped me.

I guess this is exactly what you need to do :)

I've only done 1 project with the 210's. However, it sounds like you have a Line Module? (LM). It has to be enabled, before any of the drives that are attached to it try to run.

If you don't have a line module, IDK??

no Line Module for S210 - it is a single drive AC/AC.

The problem is as described in the FAQ and has to do with the wiring of the braking resistor interface.
