It looks better, I don't think you need reconfigure axis. you have alarm X axis drive defective

please take picture of the drive --need very close looking of all drives -I will help you

 it seems now you only have one alarm--which is most easy to fix. going to STARTUP-->Machine Data-->Axis MD--> page to X axis (right top Conner-X)--> find MD 36110 , for SW limit plus and MD36100 for minus  --you need change those value to meet you working condition normally 2 to 5 mm before to mechanical end

When i launched measurements test the x and x2 was showing same position value

When i tried jogging the x axis the drive goes off and the x, x2 values are slightly different 

Good!  you find correct MD's just write down the original numbers and go ahead to change the number,

I see you have alarm for X - (minus) so you need modify sw limit minus  

then reset (reset button on MCP--machine control panel) 

You may need change both X1 and X2 until reset SW limit alarm
