ganimedes Posts: 11 Rating: (0)	I have a hsc ( hsc1 mode 10 inputs i0.6 i0.7 i1.0). The input i1.0 is not connected, but, sometimes the hsc1 takes value 0. i don't know that can be happening.

If there is big electrical noise in control box is possible to get unpredictable results. We installed frequence inverter in working machine. The most important point of this inverter was to stop transporter quickly. During the stop of transportera lot of inputs of PLC,installed in same box,was activated. We started to ground, ground, ground...

MOVD VD240, SMD48 MOVD +0, SMD52 Hallo Ramaslabas, My plc is S7 200 cpu 224 In the manual reference, HSC1 use the inputs 0.6( fase A), 0.7(fase B) and 1.0 (putting to zero) The plc is install in a electrical box, in photovoltaic machine. I have 26 machines, but only it happens in 5 sometimes. The rest works correctly. Thanks you

ganimedes Posts: 11 Rating: (0)	I'm going crazy. I have enabled two high counters, hsc0 and hsc4, and both are connected with a encoder (hohner) in mode 9, but i note wath hsc4 account when the encoder does not rotate. I have replace de PLC but as usual. I need help. buscar
