thnx for screens, looks ok, but one info still need on OP77B. In that settings menu, go to MPI/DP address and check same as you defined in WinCC project (where you prepared that connection with S7-200). Now I got here my OP77B  I got standard 1, you set here as I said yours as in WinCC project. You can start OP with Start. Now go to MicroWin and check all settings. Do you have that PC adapter for S7-200 connection? Is pluged in USB or is RS-232? Did you established connection with your S7-200 before this problem? Give pls info about that adapter (check in Local settings on PG/PC interface proper interface - COM port or USB). Give pls info.

Update: aaaa also now I see that other WinCC pictures, do as Wizard said, change that Profile to PPI.

During transfering to hmi I used RS 232 port on hmi ,com3 with baudrate 115200, same on the PC, also change on the panel channel1 to serial enable while MPI disable on the panel.all these only during download to hmi.

That's the transfer baud rate.

The baud rate that the panel will use in connection with PLC is as you set in the WinCC flexible project.
