It can be that the Step7 V5.5 can't work with ProTool anymore. Try to navigate in ProTool to ther projectdirectory and show if Protool find the project data. Regards Christoph

Try to install the Protool HF an convert again: https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/en/view/11772575 Regards Christoph
