Hello. I used CPU 315-2 PN/DP   and  AI 8x12BIT Analog module. The problem is. Transmitter sends 4-20mA signal to module but I can't see it in software (FC105) Scale module and HMI. 

Could anybody tell me what is the wrong?

P.S. I have configured 2 wire and 4-20mA in software and also put black plate to D backside of AI module.

CPU model: 6ES7 315-2EH14-0AB0

AI model :6ES7 331-7KF02-0AB0

start by monitoring the peripheral input to the PLC of the analog 

see the address of the analog input to the PLC from the hardware configuration, then monitor it, there might be a problem in the transmitter.

how you did wiring of Ai module? Any SF light on module? In other side, prior making tests with some code i recommend for first check sensor signal value in VAT f.ex. to be sure all is ok. Attach screenshot of that VAT to see value from sensor.

 SF is OK. there is no any light. Ok i will check VAT and inform you.

 there isn't any external power supply for this transmitter. it is 2 wired. And i have checked current from transmitter it was between 4-20mA

what addresses do you use and how do you access it?

did you measure the current on the input?

Does your sensor really only have 2 wires? Does it have an external power-supply? If yes, than you have an 4-wire-transducer and you need to project it as 4-wire.

Maybe it helps when you share some more infos, like data-sheet of the sensor or a scheme of the wiring.

but important things still missing. I don't see in Online table your analog value, what is your address,  IW256? Tag %MD6 isn't helpful for check, you need set that IW address for connected channel. Also I don't see from your HW cfg what are addresses on Ai card, you didn't show this only cfg of first chanel. On bootom is I/O addresses info. Is your card joined with CPU via backplane black bus connector? From picture is hard to see if this is done, really. Is your VDC 24V +/- also to CPU connected, same power supply as to Ai card? For future, you can zip screenshots and attach zip file, it's better then look to pictures.

I will send you all needed information. For your information I want to note that I have checked same thing in Step 7 simatic manager and everything was OK (simulation and also online mode) . And also on simulation mode of TIA Portal also is OK. When i choose online mode in Tia portal i can't see output signal from transmitter.

 yes, my card connected to CPU with black bus connector. and AI supply is different source. need to make it from cpu ?  I sent you my module addresses.

again pls (in other case don't understand your new same topic in TIA conf.). Did you change that %IW256:P in your code as I've recoommended? Your new topic also doesn't include this change! In other case I see your previous info that in Step7 classic your system is functional so logically problem can't be in electric connections right? If you want see :P values in Online table you can better copy this value to some WORD new TAG and this TAG monitor on table.

Please see the attached picture 1, use IW256:P for the IN parameter of SCALE instruction, you will get the AI value. As in the right side of the picture 1, you don’t need to extent the Size of the process image.
If you want to watch the AI value in the Force table, then you have to extent the Size of the process image; if not, the value will be always 0. Please see the picture 2 and 3.

I understood your point. I will do it today evening. But i want to tell you that it is possible to read value in logic and also force table on simulation mode. but with real online mode it isn't possible. if i do what you said (extend the size of process image) it will also possible to see value in online mode?
