Can anyone provide a sample project for communicating 1500F plc with SEW movi pro safe by profinet communication?

We're struggling for 2 days to communicate with this drive. Still not getting safety inputs. This is the drive model we're using and plc is 1518F.

This is not a logic problem. It is a configuration problem.  Are the jumpers that came with the motor removed?  They are only installed when profisafe is not used according to several of the SEW manuals.

Are you provided external 24V / 0V for the motor from the same source as the PLC profisafe system?

If you disable the profisafe configuration, does the motor behave normally?  Only ask if you tested that during commissioning prior to enabling / configuring / testing the profisafe option.

Do you have a race condition setting the profisafe inputs where the profisafe inputs can only be happy when the motor is happy, and the motor cannot be happy unless the profisafe inputs are happy?

I sometimes activate the reset command twice and magically things behave when I find a safety integration race condition.  Sure, there are better ways, but this proves the problem is an interrelated safety situation and then you can reconfigure the safety system to work with that.

Actually a person from Sew is already here. Still the problem is not solved. He dont know the PLC logic. So am expecting some more technical.
