Remove time sync and check if it happens again.

when it goes in transfer mode, if u press start, does this repeat ?

Also try to rebuild all in hmi and then download project

All done, several times: time sync removed immediatly, then I worked on the HMI: rebuilt, re-transfer, tried with a spare new panel, nothing to do! Yes, if I try to restart the RT it's everytime the same, until the profibus is connected, if I disconnect the profibus the RT stays open. 

Sounds like something got messed up when you went from V11 to V12.  Can you try the conversion again?

Also check the Connection in WinCC to see if that does not have an error.

Are you sure that in the Hardware setting of TIA, you put the right part number of CPU?

As your provided CPU Part Number is not released for TIA!

If you look at programming software in the technical specification of the CPU "6ES7315-6FF04-0AB0" , you will found the following data:

STEP 7 V5.5 + SP1 or higher or STEP7 V5.2 + SP1 or higher with HSP 218 + Distributed Safety

And for HMI, MP377 can be configured using WinCC flexible. I don't think that you can configure it using WinCC TIA. Am I right?

In true I'd never understood why the supplier has used TIA with this CPU and Panel, but this is what I have, in field and into the project; how it's possible? ...I just don't know... :(

 how many nodes are there with your system?

have you try connect hmi saprate with plc?

if not you should do it with dummy project and test.

On the DP I have 3 simocode and 1 inverter (ABB) inside the cabinet, then trought an RS-Coupler 2 ET200is (with buerkert valves) and the HMI

hmmm in my opinion functionality of S7-CPU cant direct HMI to close RT (visualisation), do you have original S7 HW configuration? I ask if you only add that synchro via DP, but old all HW cfg is not changed? From this I'll be start. Then look to HMI if there isn't some bit/data that can affect runing Runtime, something talking me that problem can be with defined interface area (if it's defined). Check that and give info pls.

 Please ask agin the programmer if he programmed this CPU using TIA.

I doubt that he did his job using clasical Step 7 and WinCC flexible for MP377.

For MP377, Please provide us with Part number. I have checked this MP377 and it can be configured as from WinCC TIA comfort:

6AV6644-0BA01-2AX1

For CPU the provided part number can not be configured using STEP 7 TIA according to the online technical specifications.

Now I'm able to use TIA V11, SP2 Update 5. I took the original version of the project never opened in V12, I downloaded the HW configuration, but nothing to do,the RT shutdown once the panel is connetted by DP to the CPU! ...I cannot understand

How it can be?!?

I wanted to say apply a factory rest but also you told that you downloaded to MP377 project on another Panel and the RT shutdown on the new Panel.

It seems that there is something wrong with CPU. But I am not sure or know the reason that let the Panel to Shutdown.

If you have the MP377 project or even Prosave image, try to make a small project and see if you can communicate with the CPU or not. 

Try MPI and Profibus Ports.

May be Profibus Port of your CPU is defected.

Then I re-transfer the project by TIA = same result, RT shutdown!!

Then the Panel is working and may be the TIA project is corrupted.

You can ask the supplier to send you another project or even "Pack&Go" file to download directly to the MP. May be the problem happen when you tried to edit something in V12 and the main project created in V11.

"Pack&Go" is a good solution if you don't want to open the project and make edits in it. The programmer can generate Pack&go file using WinCC flexible or WinCC TIA.

How do you transfer a WinCC flexible configuration without configuration software to an operator panel (Pack&Go)?
