Hi! I have a few questions and problems. 
I am working with CPU 313C , order number 6ES7 313-5BF03-0AB0. I want to unscale some values, and connect to analog output for 0-10 V. When i compile , there is no warning or errors, but when i download to the PLC , CPU goes to SF. I am new with working in TIA PORTAL v13 . Can anybody help me , how my FC should look.

better will be show us HW config printscreen where we see module addresses and your FC. There is problem with some conversion or wrong write to some area that don't exists.

When i use analog output which is tagged, CPU goes to SF mode when i download it. And i have second problem, may AO module, is also in SF mode, when i connect it with back connector. Can you give me some basic FC for AO, because samo FC which i found on the internet is for plc 1200, and some blocks are not supported by the CPU i am using.

You have a 'scaled' value. What are the minimum and maximum values of this 'scaled' value?

Those values should be parametrized for HI_LIM and LO_LIM.

The result will be a value between 0 and 27648, corresponding to 0-10 volt

i am a beginner at programming PLC. i just want to set some value, and  forward to an analog output , and to see when i have monitoring on, to see that value on output. but i don't now how. Does the combination  of UNSCALE and MOVE block will work ? I do not have ani value scaled yet. How i can do that ?

When you want to set a value at the analog output, you can move a value between 0 and 27648 to the desired output.  (You do not need the Unscale function)

You can use the function Scale to scale an analog input value to a scaled value.

ok, but if i set on move block value 20 on input, it will be 20 on the output? it doesn't metter that a selected that output to a voltage 0-10 ? what voltage will be on my output?

pls look, we don't know what range of values you want put between 0-10V. Analog Output value is from 0 to 27648, but it depends how you set configuration on analog card. If you select range of measurement between -10 .. +10V, then that range (0-27648) will be -10V..0 and +10..27648.

Edit2: To know exactly what Voltage can be on output, simply meassure it with multimeter on card.

probably you need connect some power source connection to module, L+ (24V) and M like needed in cover pictures.

Edit: pls look carefuly in cover back side, if module needs this.

hmmm pls have you right configuration? Is that AO card order number correctly added to HW cfg? This looks like wrong HW configuration in this case...

Edit: question, why you don't use AO on CPU313C? Aren't enough?
