unable to download to ktp400

stewpid1 Experienced Member Joined: 10/15/2014 Last visit: 6/11/2025 Posts: 81 Rating: (2)	tia portal v13 sp2 (basic) ktp400 s7 1200 I am trying to download to the ktp400 but keep getting a message that the firmware is incompatible and the download is aborted. I believe the ktp400 was previously programmed with tia v14 and the firmware is version 14.00.1.00. is there anyway I can use tia v13 with this? if so, how? thanks in advance Attachment tia 1.PNG (524 Downloads)

stewpid1 Experienced Member Joined: 10/15/2014 Last visit: 6/11/2025 Posts: 81 Rating: (2)	I am able to go online to the ktp400 and flash the screen on and off, and when I try to download and tick the downgrade box etc. the screen goes off and reboots as if it is downloading but it just doesn't complete.
