Hi,

with a 6ED1052-2CC08-0BA0 (24CEo) and a TDE!, all connected via ethernet (ping is working without problems), I can access and parameter TDE!, but impossible to connect or transfer program to 24CEo

I choose hardware model a LOGO! 8.FS4 (as is seem to be explained), communication test is ok, but when I try to download program I get a : You must use a newer version of this program well, I installed latest (8.2.1) update, and still this message.

I cannot give you firmware release of 24Ceo as I'm not able to communite with it (except ping), but firmware for TDE is 1.82.02 (both ordered same time, quite recently).

any help welcome, I'm really stuck here!

The firmware of the Logo is at least 1.82.01 with this order number. Maybe you open your program with a doubleclick ? Then it is possible, you start the earlier version, which is also on your computer. In this case start newest version directly, look to the version info and if okay, then open your program and try to transfer. If not possible, then try the diagnostics to show firmware.

softwate is confirmed to be 8.2.1 (in the help, about box)

and still this error message.

using the Transfer, Diagnostic, i get:

the target device does not match! , then after click  Failed to load the panel.

I connect my computer (192.168.0.10) to TDE (192.168.0.3) and the TDE to 24CEo (192.168.0.2), all fixed IP, subnetwork is 255.255.255.0, and my other computer network (wifi) is(are) at completely different adresses

mhhh I thing I got it...

I get confused by both IP adress, the one on the display of the TDE is not its adress, but it is the adress it look at... at least from my  new understanding.

removing TDE show me that the PLC is at 192.168.0.3 ... (and not 192.168.0.2 as I stongly belived)

everything seems to be fine now.

not 100% sure...

as first test was simply to disconnect TDE, i suspect it was inverted adress only. (I ping when I shall not loose it, explaining me I was on the wrong device), then, after some changes, I got for sometimes with 2 on the same adress, (pressing the blue arrow circle on select hardware, online)... then now it's ok, at least. Error message was not of a great help in this case.
