Hello guys, I have a case and I need some help if possible. in my project i am using D425-2 DP/PN and few motor modules. We have one pusher axis with 1FG1 synchronous geared motor. We always give the command to move to pusher from Point A--> B then after some dwell time again B--> A , the cycle will repeat continuously [ Like 726 mm to 676 mm ,then again 676 to 726 back]. In simotion we set default velocity as 950 mm/s, and override as 100%. Now the problem is, if we give the command to move, then drive is not reaching the set speed of 950mm/s. Looks like it accelerating and stops after the new position reached , then start decelerating and stop after position reached . it can't achieve the constant velocity From my set up, acceleration would be 0.32 s and deceleration 0.32 sec right ?? Now we have some cycle time issue by the not expected speed achievement. Please guide me what are the parameters i have to see Thanks AttachmentForum.zip (509 Downloads) |
