We urgently need technical assistance from Siemens to confirm the following :

1) attached file showing MOVs at fields connected at loop
2) one time we faced problem with network communcation lost because of ANT switch one of terminal damage as showing with attached file. during that all MOVs lost signal.

please i need help how can configure redandunt of network with MOVs

Hi, 

The "ANT Switch" you mentioned is not doing any "switching" function right? 

I could be mistaken, but my understanding is , that is just a box, normal fiber optic patch box, to terminate fiber optic cable and allow you to connect ST fiber optic patch cable to the OLM. 

Based on what i see from the architecture, there are 2 profibus connectors on each MOVs, each profibus connector has one in and one out. Could you confirm this? A picture on the MOV model and profibus connection is good enough. That is quite interesting to me as I never see this kind of wiring before. Normally, one MOV is connected to one DP, one in and one out.
