Hello , i see the issue is a bit older . I found it due to my question , that is exact the same.
2 cards side by side , every parameter equal ( exept adress ) . But one is running ( Pass = 0 / QBAD = 0 ) the other will not share the inputs mith the CPU ( Pass = 1 / QBAD = 1 ) .

Could you fix the problem and how ?

 Check the diagnostics of the input card that has the fault.
