Hi Everyone, 

When we are attempting to initiate the IO test for the CPU 1214C DC/DC/DC with the IM155-6 PN HF (High Feature) IM Module, the IO modules within the IM are consistently unresponsive, displaying a value of 0. Despite all system indicators in the modules showing green without any error messages, there are no flashing green lights indicating activity.

Any idea what would be the issue and could be compatibility issue if so, why it is not showing in the TIA portal software?

Hi, We have identified the issue based on the error message on IM module which is lower-level compartment but unfortunately, we couldn't download the 4.2.3 firmware update from siemens portal.

Kindly anybody help us.

 The link works fine, you can download the firmware files from there. Download the latest, v4.2.4.

If you have not registeder you forum user for download rights, it takes a few working days for Siemens to activate the download rights, if the export restriction are ok.
