HSC Error

Hi,

I have a cpu s7 1200 and one module with 2 analog output +/-10V, and i need control 2 axis in closed-loop with this. Is possible?

You have any exemple how to configura this?

Hello,

I have the similar problem, the configuration of encoder is on inputs I0.0 & I0.1 and the encoder is 1024 step.

When I try to commissioning the axe, is showing HSC error.

What is bad?

It is necessary use a special configuration or a special tool?

Split from Control servo drive with analog output.

I have the same problem but the HSC configuration is on inputs 0.0 & 0.1.

Diagnosys on axe configuration is "HSC ERROR"  .

What is wrong?

Problem solved!!!

When you configure a closed loop function is necessary transfer the hardware configuration again.

In this mode the PLC load the news HSC parameters.

Valuable information!

We have found with making changes on the Motion Control that it is needed to do a compile hardware and rebuild all. This should cause the PLC to go into STOP when doing a download. If the PLC does not go to STOP, then we found that the changes to the Motion Control is not applied.

Maybe this was your problem too.
