CPU with which UPS Backup

I am not UPS specialist but will share some thoughts:

1- Instead of using UPS for PC or desktop applications , you need industrial UPS.

2- For critical process , you need to have redundant AC source , galvanic isolated from source. If you use DC power supply for CPU, using 2 supplies and redundancy module is wise.

3- Proper grounding will reduce the risk of transient bad behaviors (or damages) in automation system.
