I expressed myself badly I didn't want to talk about my first question that I asked but about the second sorry.

so I'm going to explain what I want to do:

I want to have a sensor placed on an engine to control the temperature
and a speed sensor, all displayed on a TDE logo

but when writing this text i think I just need to connect the 2 sensors to 2 analog inputs (considering that they are indeed analog) then connect the output to the display is that true?

I'm talking about engine body temperature.

 What will measuring the engine body temperature tell you (or the operators) about the status of your motor, about it'd diagnostics? Basically, nothing useful.

The critical motor temperatures you should monitor (for electrical motors) are the winding and the bearing temperatures  they will tell you whether the motor is running well or if it is degrading, "running hot".

But to measure these temperatures the sensors (PT100 in your case) must be installed inside the motor, directly on the motor windings or inside the bearings casing, as close as possible to any potential hot-spot. That way the temperature value you monitor on the PLC can really help you evaluate your motor's condition.

Unfortunately, that means the motor must come from the manufacturer with the sensors installed (included when you configured the motor specs), or you can make sure that these temperature probes are integrated when you have the motor rewound.

sorry if I wasn't clear
in fact I don't want to control the temperature of the electric motor
but of the equipment coupled to this electric motor for tests on a test bench

and besides I looked for the PT100/1000 probes and they seem to work finally since I need the sensor to be in contact and not immersed but since the term probe generally means that they must be submerged I don't I didn't look any further
