Write value to register PAC 3200

dimitrids Advanced Member Joined: 2/14/2011 Last visit: 3/31/2022 Posts: 20 Rating: (0)	Hello, I have a pac 3200 and a simple modbus program (modscan 32)on my computer to read and write values to the pac. I'm trying to access the parameter to switch the tariff , parameter 60006, but always when i try to write a value to this parameter i keep getting an error message: modbus exception response from slave Does anyone has any expierence whit writing values to registers? PS: i also tried to write values to other accessible registers but without luck... Any help is welcome THX Dimitri De Schrijver

My suggestion for tests is the lucky-free software SENTRON powerconfig, with a very simple graphic user interface. You need no license keys! These software can show all instantaneous values and also the modbus commandos for switch tariff, remote controll of digital I/O, set counters, reset min- / max, factory defaults...... . The teststand has only one PAC 4200, in the field there are 7 PAC's 4200. Does someone know how it is possible that it takes 30 min to change one value on the 7 PAC's? THX
