Hi,
look at this Link, I think you need WinHlp32.exe to display 32-bit Help files http://www.microsoft.com/en-US/download/details.aspx?id=91

have picked this up while helping someone with a similar issue on a
MicroWin install a while back. Luckily I did have a copy of the file
stored somewhere else. I am not going to give the file - sorry for not
offering executables. (see late note) Dusan88 - Good advise was given, but get the right file somewhere.

Done Me colleague solve it. He copy old WinHlp32.exe from Win XP. |

I had same issue with Step 7 v5.4 on Windows 7 64bit. I found archive of WinHlp32 here: https://archive.org/details/kb917607 I installed from archive this: Windows6.1-KB917607-x64 Now it works.. |
