i am experiencing same  issue. over 48 hrs still waiting CAx download stuck in processing mode.

which CAx downloads exactly get stuck in processing mode and how many requests do you have? Were you successful with the downloads in the meantime?

I have received the update from the responsible person that there was an issue at PMD and a request with more than 10 products led to time outs. The behavior has been fixed sind last week and you can place orders again.
