What's going on? In the same day I first used PC adapter for download program in S7 300 successfully. After that I try to transfer program in OP77A via PPI cable without success. After that I try online communication with PLC but without success. I don't know what's going on. I doubt on COM port but via hiper terminal I check COM port and it is OK. Than, I used another PC adapter but I can't establish communication. After that, I deinstall COM port and than install again. Communication - no. Can you help me?

But I notice one unusual apperance. When I plug-in cable in PLC, mouse on touchpad behave "without control". I move mouse in one side but mouse go without control in other side. Can you explane me what going on? When I plug out cable mouse is OK. Thank you in advance. zognjanovic

Cicero Gold Member Joined: 10/10/2005 Last visit: 10/18/2024 Posts: 1921 Rating: (136)	Hello, regarding to your online problem we recommend to check in "Options > Set PG/PC Interface..." and in the hardware configuration by the properties of the CPU and DP/MPI-interface the following requirements. Check the driver in the PG/PC-interface, is the correct driver installed/set for the required online conection (example PC-Adapter). Check the transmission rate, it should be adjusted the same in PG/PC-interface and in the hardware configuration. By "Display Accessible Nodes" of the SIMATIC Manager you can see the MPI- or Profibus Address which do you communicate with the CPU. This address for online connection must be adjusted in the properties of CPU or MPI/DP of CPU in the hardware configuration. If you will not receive an online connection with Display Accessible Nodes please check the diagnostic of the PG/PC-interface. You will see the error message and error number and via online help the reasons for this message. After changes in the hardware configuration you have to save and compile the hardware configuration and load this configuration in the CPU again. With best regards Cicero

Automation Posts: 13 Rating: (0)	hello every one i have the USB Adapter also and it was working and every thing is ok and good. suddenly the USB Adapter response for just one secound and not responce after it. i have a program made by SIMATIC WinCC flexible 2005 when i run it i have message the connection establish to the plc. the connection disconnected. PC/TC dose not responce. it's the PC and the same Adapter .
