Now we regularly receive the message that our license is full of users. In the past it always worked for us that users were logged out after 5 minutes of inactivity, but this no longer works at the moment. Does anyone have an idea what could make this possible? Yes, we have restarted the system several times, but unfortunately this did not help. the version installed is: WinCC Runtime V8.0.0.0 It is not really clear when this problem occurred, we only encountered it when the licenses were full because users did not log out themselves. What I do now is sometimes stop WinCC so that the connections with the web navigator are disconnected and then start it again and then my licenses are free again. But of course this is not how it should be.
