Hi everybody.

I'm a bit desperate.

I've installed in a new server WinCC 7.5 SP2 Upd9 and Step7 V5.6 SP2 HF5.

The server is:

 Well, when I try to start the runtime, it hangs on alarm logging and wincc explorer closes, so I did a reset_wincc.vbs to close project.  I've reset alarms and tags. I've deleted .dcf and .dc* files and I've disabled and enabled MSQ and the services is running. I don't know what else to do.

This is what PNDiagnose says.

I did all of the FAQ and it is still not working.

I tried to open another project on this server and I have the same problems.

I created a new one too but it doesn't work. The behavior of WinCC is the same as with the other project.

We have same problem for one year 

Today bahram and i found solution:

1-close the project 

2-go to project diroctory 

3-delete files with these extentions: 

File.dcf

<projectname>ALG.ldf

<projectname>ALG.mdf

.dc_bck

.dcf_fixed.txt 

4- open and run project and these files will recreate
