Hello, 

did anyone face the problem with the installing APC (Advanced process control) when installing the WebNavigator via web browser. 

Server PC has installed Windows 11 Professional, and Client PC is Windows 7 Service Pack 1.

I have established the connection to the server but the graphics is not showing correctly - some pieces of the graphics are misplaced, some are not shown and etc. 

I read about this topic on this link. I think this is what is going on in my case, because I have successfully installed all the other components that I was shown in the web browser (Internet explorer v11) when connecting to the server: Microsoft redistributable, WinCC WebNavigatorClient v7.5.2.18, BPC (basic proccess control), but APC could not be installed.

I have also tried using WinCCRTViewer but the graphics has the same problem. I have tried to re-publish everything couple of times, but that does not fix the issue.

I was shown this error when trying to install it:

The file 'TRENDOLIMPLJPN.LNG_331D76ED_2C87....' cannot be installed because the file cannot be found in the cabinet 'Data1.CAB'. This could indicate a network error, an error reading from the CD-ROM, or a problem with this package.

UPDATE:

I have also tried installing WebNavigatorClient on the server PC (windows 11 Pro). I have installed everything successfully, including BPC and APC. 

I have re-publish everything again after installation, but the problem remains the same. 

This means that the problem is not in the APC, but somewhere else. Please help, I have exhausted all the options that I know of.
