We have a setup with a server where the WinCC professional  RT is running and a license for 10 webnavigators that can connect. We recently added 2 new thin clients to the server (now total of 8).

The ITC'2200 from siemens are using an RDP-connection. The 'old'ones are ITC2200 V1 and than we also have some Thin Clients from HP using remote desktop connection. All working fine.

Now recently we added 1 HP thin client and 1 ITC2200 V2. The HP thin client is working fine, but the ITC2200 V2 is not. It has 2 problems:

1) whenever you disconnect the power (when it was frozen I did this) and it restarts but only 1/4th of the screen is being displayed and I have to do a fully factory reset to get the full display

2) after a while the 'session' close and there is just a blank screen with the taskbar. Than you just have to press the taskbar - favorites- and select the connection again and it comes again. But why does it close after a while?

It was ordered almost 2 years ago :) so it is a V2 I think. But thank you for the suggestion, I will check if it has the latest firmware version.
