Hi, I am looking for some information about how to configure MsgFilterSQL in alarm control object CCAlgWinCtrl for WinCC 7.5. I found similar topic in FAQ EntryID 5668269 (link: How to use the "MsgFilterSQL" property of the WinCC Alarm Control in order to use a... - ID: 5668269 - Industry Support Siemens ), but it was only for WinCC version 6.2 so that the information is not fully valid for WinCC 7.5. On my application, the alarm control object is configured by using MsgFilterSQL property with the following details: #VisibleOnly\CLASS IN(8) AND TYPE IN(122) AND STATE IN(1). As you can see, the assigned numbers for CLASS IN and TYPE IN are not explained in the FAQ EntryID 5668269; yet, WinCC 7.5 has STATE IN that is not available/explained in the FAQ. I am currently troubleshooting an intermittent case whereby the alarm control object shall display the required targeted parameters: but intermittently it displays zeros values: The property MsgFilterSQL is linked to an internal tag "BatchDataSQL" with update cycle rate 2s. If I changed to 5s, it looked like it solved the problem (based on 2 tests only though, not yet an extensive one), but I think it was just a coincidence that I got the parameters and I don't think it is a permanent solution since the tag is meant only to retain the configured value of MsgFilterSQL property. So, it would be beneficial if somebody can advise me: b. Whether there is a Siemens manual explaining how to configure MsgFilterSQL and the meaning of each property. c. What could be the potential issue that cause an intermittent case of displaying zero value on each parameter instead of the targeted parameter values. Thank you in advance. sosu |
