In this case you have "read-only access", you can nothing operate. If you install a "WinCC WebUX Operate"-license, you would not get such a message futhermore. Regards Georg Berghof

Regards Georg Berghof Hello Georg In Wincc v7.4 I have Installed "WinCC WebUX Operate" license but when The authorization level 1002 "Web access - monitoring only" is selected , the above message comes. If I don't select authorization level 1002 then I have no read and no write access.

bg2492 Diamond Member Joined: 5/16/2014 Last visit: 9/12/2022 Posts: 7298 Rating: (2188)	Hello Bijan, the authorization level 1002 "Web access - monitoring only" is the opposite of a right. All other authorization levels are really rights. Your WebUX-User needs eventually one or more of this rights, to get a read- or write-access. This depends on your configuration in the WinCC-Basic-Runtime. When in doubt, give him (for test) all the authorization levels, without "Web access - monitoring only". Regards Georg Berghof

Regards Georg Berghof i am facing same problem, and as your suggestion i was installed "WinCC WebUX Operator: licensc but error still there. Please suggest me what i will do to solve this issue.
