If no user is logged in, the Area-Buttons have a grayed text. You should check, if the process "CCPtmRTServer.exe" is running. It delivers the texts for the Area-Buttons, you have defined in the Picture Tree Manager. This is executed by C-scripting, you could have a problem with a C-script (process "script.exe" too.
