 I have the same problem 
i want to connect the S7 PLC SIM v19 with wincc 7.5 but the connections ar disconnected it says in wincc 
I am using TIA V19 And S7 PLC SIM V19 And Wincc 7.5, I also checked the PG/PC Interface and its OK
Can Anyone Help Me to solve the problem?

Split from plc sim in wincc connect with S1200 or S1500.

I have installedd only TIA v19 and Wincc Installed only is 7.5, No SP or update 
I have checked the S7 PLC SIM with SImatic Manager With WinCC 7.5 and it worked well and Ok
but not Working with S7 PLC SIM v19 with WinCC
And I checked in Channel Diagnostics Tool And the Entryopoint is shown is S7ONLINE
And the Connection State is shown DISCONNECTED

check also if there the correct accesspoint is shown?

Which Upd do you have installed on V19 and which SP and Upd in V7.5?

Update:

I have Uninstalled the WinCC 7.5 and Installed the WinCC 7.5 SP2 because of my windows version is WINDOWS 10 Pro 22H2 as per Compatibility Tool

So I checked the Compatibility Tool Of WinCC and I Installed the WinCC 7.5 SP2 And It worked with TIA PORTAL V19 And S7 PLCSIM V19

The communciation between S7PLCM V19 And WinCC 7.5 SP2 are all OK Now
