Hello,

I appreciate very much the I/O field option “Operator message” : if you set it to yes, it creates a usefull purple message in the Operation List that states  who, when, previous and new values setted in the tag connected to the output value.

I would like to do the same for a button that toggle ON /OFF a variable . When an operator  click the button the script simply check the variable and if it is 1 set it to 0 or viceversa. 

I would like that in the message list appears a string like : “ Variable Name, Username , Old value = 1 New value =0 ”.

I tired to follow the eample here ( I have WinCC 8.0) :

But it doesn't work. First the string is not the same type of alarm of I/O Filed. And also there is nothing written. In the operation list appears a gray empty line. 

Have you got any idea?
