Buenas tardes. Soy nuevo en este foro, ya que hace apenas 4 meses adquirí un centro de mecanizado de 5 ejes tipo 3+2, y tengo un problema que me trae de cabeza.

La máquina modifica, ella sola, los orígenes de posición de pieza. Pongo los ceros de pieza con los ciclos automáticos de la sonda y, cuando lanzo el programa, la herramienta no va a la posición que debe: muchas veces se va fuera de la pieza.

Al principio pensé que era un tema del postprocesador del CAM, pero cuando el mismo programa a veces va bien y otras no, ya queda claro que no es un problema del postprocesador, sino de la máquina, que modifica por sí sola el origen de pieza. Esto solo sucede cuando ejecuto programas donde trabaja en 3+2; si trabajo en 3 ejes simples, no genera este problema.

Para empezar, cuando el programa lee el Cycle 800, la mesa gira 180º y ejecuta la pieza al revés de como la tenía programada en el software de CAM. Si luego necesito lanzar una operación por separado de esa misma pieza, para realizar un ajuste, la máquina ya no va al mismo sitio: no sabe dónde está la pieza.

¿Puede ser la NCU?

He resaltado un cero en color azul este es el que le dice los grados de giro al eje C la máquina cuando lee N28 CYCLE800(1,"",0,27,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,-1,,0)

Gira el eje C 180º para evitar que lo gire tengo que poner manualmente esta corrección
