Hello Manikandam; A SF LED will light up when a fault is detectd in the PLC system, in your program, in a IO module... One or more fault messages are inserted in the diagnostic buffer at that time to give you diagnostic hints as to the source of the fault and help you correct it. Siemens provides no functions to mask a SF or a BF (bus fault) LED, the only way to remove the LED is to correct the fault in the PLC or the IO module causing it. Specific diagnostic OBs will allow the program to continue running in the event of a specific tyoe of fault (without them the CPU would go to STOP) but your SF or BF will still remaine lit. You can share the contents of the diagnostic buffer with us by ressing the Save As button in the diagnostic buffer screen, and attaching the generated text file as part of your reply here. Hello Manikandan; Please provide the fault information provided in the CPU diagnostic buffer, ss well as the model of the sensor, socwe can check if any parsmeters can be ajusted in the PLC program. It woukd vbe good to know how you handle the IO-Link connection in your program.
