Hello.

We have a problem with 3 IOT2040 installed 3 or 4 years ago.

Yesterday, after a reboot (loss of power supply) , these devices didn't restart.

You can see the result in the video attached.

We have try to change the sd card (one 4gb old type and also one 16gb new type) but without changes.

Anybody has suggestions, please?

Hi.

In this moment I can't check with UART cable.

I can't ping or access ssh the IOT.

But I feel strange that the USB led is on, without any usb device inserted.

It is correct?
