Hi folks; Hopefully I can describe what I am doing here clearly. I have a handheld wireless device that I am controlling via an OBA8. I soldered cables from the various physical switches on the hand held device and connected those via LOGO! programming to Q outputs to simulate a human physically pushing the button. I then added a an up/down counter to generate a counter value I could then display on the custom webpage. I used network inputs so that I could control it via custom web page. It works great ! However, I found an issue which I can't find a solution to. The issue relates to the hand held device. It has an up/down function which is just 2 push buttons. On startup, the handheld device output is set to zero. Push the up button once and it increases output by 1. Push the down button once and it decreases the output by 1 thus putting the setting back to zero. The issue I have found is that after startup, the hand held device output is set to zero but if you push the down button once it sets the output to 100. This is entirely a design flaw with the device but everything else is perfect. Is there a way using a min/max function so that if the counter value is zero it will not activate Q6?
