SICAM products are part of a portfolio of products developed and distributed by Siemens Energy. This division is sepperate from the Siemens IA&D division that supports this forum.

We have access to some documentation of the P850 power meter units, since we may use them in some of our projects, but what I have provided as documentation is at the limit of our potential help.

The first manual link provided earlier contains a description of the IEC 61850 server communication mesurands available for the P850. This does not describe the IEC 61850 client application needed on your RTU, using PMDIF or COMTRADE files. 

The second manual link discusses the possible use of PQS software to connect the data from the P850 to additional software.

I have no further information at this time that I can provode.

I need to configure the database of a SCADA system, but the meters have not arrived yet. is it possible to have sample ICD files before having the real meters?
