Hello Yogendra; Do you need this for an old, existing project, or for a new installation? WinLC has been discontinued a few years ago, the newer version is WinAC RTX, as you can find in this Siemens Controllers Overviewbrochure (under PC-Based Controllers): https://www.automation.siemens.com/salesmaterial-as/brochure/en/brochure_simatic-controller_overview_en.pdf?HTTPS=REDIR So you can continue your search on WinAC RTX on Siemens' support website. If it is for an existing project, here is a link to the WinLC User manual: http://market.5117.com/data/file/244.pdf However I believe software (and licenses) might be hard to find. Maybe E-bay?
