s7400 plc with sp remote I/O

What model of S7-400 CPU do you have in this project? Th e part number should tell us what netorks are available for remote I/O. It would also be great if you mentionned the version of Step 7 you are planning to use to configure and program exchanges with the remote I/O station. When you say "sp remote I/O", do you mean a ET 200 SP system, using a IM 155-6 head module? The ET 200SP System naual would be a good place to start your research, if that is the case. What model of S7-400 CPU do you have in this project? Most of CpS's are 6ES7 416-2FN05-0AB0 and verison V5.1 The part number should tell us what netorks are available for remote I/O Now profibus. But our new equipment profinet. Therefore we will include profinet by CP card It would also be great if you mentionned the version of Step 7 you are planning to use to configure and program exchanges with the remote I/O station. Version of Sİmatic is V5.5 +SP3 but we will upgrade if it is need. When you say "sp remote I/O", do you mean a ET 200 SP system, using a IM 155-6 head module? We will but ET200 SP with its own head. New head will be profinet. And integrated PLC by CP card. Last question Is there a threat related to the project?

dchartier Grandmaster-Expert Joined: 9/27/2006 Last visit: 11/12/2024 Posts: 12293 Rating: (2691)	Hello; Please clarify what you mean by "We will but ET200 SP with its own head", you have the choice of an IM 155-6PN as head module for a ET 200SP distributed IO configuration, or a ET 200SP CPU with Profinet interface.
