Hello! Some failure occured when using the CPU 417-5H fault-tolerant system. Analysis of the diagnostic buffer contents revealed no software failures, standby CPU simply moved to the stop, with a manual switch. Could you advice for a given fault? The contents of the diagnostic buffer: Event 23 of 120: Event ID 16# 4303 STOP caused by stop switch being activated Previous operating mode: RUN (redundant mode) Requested operating mode: STOP (internal) Event occurred in the standby CPU in rack 0 Incoming event 01:16:00.573 AM 05/07/2023 Event 24 of 120: Event ID 16# 43E3 Master CPU: Change from redundant mode to solo mode Previous operating mode: RUN (redundant mode) Requested operating mode: RUN Event occurred in the master CPU in rack 1 Incoming event 01:16:00.573 AM 05/07/2023 Event 25 of 120: Event ID 16# 7302 Loss of redundancy (2oo2) because standby CPU is in STOP mode triggered by user CPU affected: Standby CPU in rack 0 Requested OB: CPU redundancy error OB (OB72) Priority class: 28 Incoming event 01:16:00.573 AM 05/07/2023 Similar topic was here without any solution Important notice! Standby CPU was replaced recently. The case of a malfunction of the CPU itself or different firmware versions can be excluded! |

Hello, Please check if both CPUs has same FW. Both FW versions should be identical to be able to work in redundancy mode. It is always recommended to download the latest version which can be found here. |
