Premise: I have two package managed with 2 identical CPU , programmed in the same Step 7 project, let say Line 5 and Line 6. Both are programmed with CFC package. Some of the I/O is done with MTA. When I take out a card on a Line 6 rack the system goes on as it should supposed to do: it gives a diagnostic message on HMI and the rack to which the extracted card belongs works fine. The strange is that when I do the same operation on Line 5 the rack to which belongs the exctracted board goes in fault and a loose all the cards on that rack. On the cabinet I have three racks and this happens to all the racks, not only in one of them, so I suppose that it is a mistake or in CPU configuration or in the proper OB not loaded. I checked the Line 5 and 6 CPUs configuration and they are the same, with the excption of OB87 priority. But this OB in not loaded so i think that it does not matter. And both CPUs have the same OBs loaded Is anyone here can give me some advice? I attach below the CPU diagnostic Buffer that unlikely is in Italian language : [snip] AttachmentDiagnostic_Buffer.txt (477 Downloads) |

Hello, You shouldn't remove the memory card while the CPU is in RUN mode. |
