Hello friends!

I have problem regarding tp 1200 comfort hmi.

i get freeze on frimware update screen.

i have tried to factory reset it using prosave with versions 12.0, 13.0, 14.0, 14.01

the reset process completed successfully but after hmi get restart it again frezee on update screen.

"update of operating system and reset to factory settings initiated by the user please update the operating system with reset to factory settings (panel is waiting 10 minutes for update"
