Do I need to buy new licences for TIA V11?

However, if you have STEP 7 5.5 Profetional, and make a upgadre to V11, the new license will colver V5.5 and V11. Dear Pegaia, I have the V5.5 license, would you please show me the link where i can find the update file. Thank you in advance. Tomy. Splitted from Do I need to buy new licences for TIA V11?.
