Additional Serial ports on Microbox PC 427 B

Sudha Posts: 20 Rating: (0)	Hi, I have an Microbox PC 427B ,now i need additional 3 Serial ports on it,can anyonetell mewhether is there any adapter available by which i can have additional ports on PCI-104 slot. And also please tell me the difference between PCI slot and PCI-104 slot. Sudha.....

Millouzze Posts: 9 Rating: (0)	Hi Sudha, I'm using a Diamond System EMM-8 Plus XT on Microbox PC427B. It offers 8 serials ports andruns fine. But you can find others PC104+ boards with less ports. I never found siemens boards for RS232 ports. PC104+ is the PCI interconnect for embedded systems, and PC104 the ISA interconnect.
