Hello nevnaz; This link brings me directly to the Fast-Soft page of 505 Workshop: http://www.fast-soft.com/page.php?20 Here is one link to the TI505 System manual, where the programming cable is properly described. Basically it is a RS-232 Null-Modem cable. http://www.plctalk.net/qanda/showthread.php?t=21540 There is an email link for pricing enquiries on the same page. Under Downloads/Demos, you can download a limited version of the software, I believe you are limited to programming only a few rungs, but you are able to connect with the PLC under Demo mode. Hope this helps, |

Hi Nevnaz, if you set the battery switch to off and left the CPU out of the base for 2 minutes then most probably the program is erased, unless it was stored in Eprom. Anyway you will need to connect with Tisoft or Workshop to find out. And you also need Tisoft or Workshop to set the CPU back in RUN mode. There is no other way to set the CPU to RUN mode. concerning the cable, you need an RS232 serial null modem cable. See the attached wiring diagram. If your PC doesn't have an RS232 serial port you'll need to use a USB to RS232 converter. contact sales@napa.fr to buy the 505 Workshop software. good luck, Carlo AttachmentRS232 9pin - 9pin cable.pdf (1318 Downloads) |
