Since 2014 Siemens has installed firmware on the S7-400H CPUs that support Profinet on redundant connections:

But redundancy over Profinet is different in concept than the diagram you show, it uses "system redundancy" or S2 Media redundancy (ring topology), as explained in the manual above.

By the way, an ET 200M station with Profinet would require a IM 153-4 head module, a IM 153-2 is used for Profibus connections.
