This is also happening to me.

I'm using WinCC RT Advanced V16 with ALM 6.0+SP5+Upd1 64bit running on Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit

Was also happening on V15.1 but uninstalled it and installed V16 with license upgrades and thought it was fixed but after approximately 10 days of installing V16, it happened again.

I'll downgrade ALM to 6.0 SP1 and see if it fixes the issue.

It's been 3 days. So far no issues.

I am experiencing the same problem with ALM on a Panel PC which has only WinCC Runtime Advanced installed. Is there any way to share the ALM 6.0 version from anyone of you? I can't find it on line so I can't downgrade. I am running the latest version of ALM (6.0 Sp5 Upd1) and WinCC Runtime Advanced 15.1 Upd4

I have same problem. 

Win 7 Pro, WinCC V16 Advanced

I manage rid of the problem by uinstaling ALM (6.0 Sp5) and instal ALM V6.0  from TIA portal V15 

....\TIA Portal STEP 7 Professional WinCC Professional V15.0\InstData\ALM32_64\Media\ALM64

TIA Portal is downloaded from https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/en/view/109752566 

 It's been more then week and so far no error appeared

I also had this same issue on a new in box IPC running WinCC RT Adv V16. I created support request and was give a beta version of ALM, V6.0 SP7, this did resolve the popup issue. Looks like SP8 was released on 7/24/2020, so hopefully this version also includes the fix.

Hello all,

Currently using WinCC Advanced RT with no updates or addons on a Windows 11 pro 64 bit operating system. I have the same pop up and customer will not accept project with the pop up populating, been fighting this problem for a while and currently stuck.
